Waikoloa Colony Villas Condo Resort: The Waikoloa Colony Villas opened in January 2003 in an upscale gated community in the world-famous Waikoloa Resort. The resort is located on the 15th fairway of the spectacular beach golf course and offers stunning views of Mauna Kea, lava fields, and swaying palm trees. Overlooking the 15th fairway of the resort's Beach Course, one mile from Anaehoomalu Bay Beach, the villas are popular with families and leisure travelers. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is within a mile of the villas, providing swimming, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, and other water sports. Activity desks at the King’s Shops at Waikoloa, a mile away, can assist with arrangements for cruises, scuba diving, sightseeing tours, and other activities (surcharge).

All villas offer upscale "at home" comforts and decorated in a casual yet designer inspired furnishings. All suites are oversized, have fully-equipped kitchens, and generously sized furnished lanais.

The villas offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom units located in two-story buildings with exterior access. Overlooking the Waikoloa Resort’s Beach Golf Course, the units have private balconies or patios with teak furnishings. Island-inspired decor includes tropical prints, wood furnishings, and ceiling fans. Kitchens have granite countertops, stoves, dishwashers, full-size refrigerators, microwaves, coffeemakers, dinnerware, and cookware. Each unit has at least two bathrooms and a washer and dryer.
