Mauna Lani Terrace Condo Resort is a condominium complex that is part of the Mauna Lani Resort complex on the Big Island’s Kohala Coast. It consists of 80 units distributed among 12 three-story buildings set amid tropical gardens, historic Hawaiian fishponds, and the beach. On-site amenities include a 22-foot by 60-foot swimming pool, children’s pool, spa tub, and barbecue grills.
Condo guests also enjoy access to many of the facilities of the Mauna Lani Resort (surcharges may apply). These include two 18-hole golf courses, a tennis club with 10 courts, and a beach club with a restaurant and crescent-shaped beach. The resort’s spa features indoor and outdoor treatment areas and a comprehensive menu of Hawaiian-inspired treatments.
Guests also have charging privileges at the adjacent Mauna Lani Spa and Racquet Club, which features 10 Plexipave tennis courts, a 25-meter lap pool, and a fitness studio with aerobics and exercise classes at the Mauna Lani Terrace.
Golfers will enjoy the resort’s two 18-hole golf courses, which feature fairways sculpted from fields of black lava and offer mountain and ocean views. The resort staff can also help arrange sailing, snorkeling, and scuba excursions, as well as helicopter and whale-watching tours.

2 Bedroom - Each of the Terrace condominiums is designed to maximize views of the ocean and the historic Hawaiian fishponds. Eight-inch thick concrete walls assure privacy. Lanai with wet bar. Master suite with dual sinks, marble vanity, oversized tub. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, kitchen with dishwasher, Subzero refrigerator, microwave. Washer and dryer. Housekeeping twice weekly. Sofa beds available upon request.

Gallery Restaurant - This open-air restaurant in the resort clubhouse offers American regional cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, including fresh fish and pasta. Open for lunch and dinner.
Knickers Bar - This clubhouse bar is a pleasant spot for cocktails and pupus after a round of golf.
Beach Club - Burgers, salads, sandwiches, and wraps are served in an open-air setting overlooking the resort’s beach. Open for lunch.

From the Kona International Airport:
Turn left (North) onto Highway 19.
Drive about 19.5 miles, turning left into the Mauna Lani Resort.
At the traffic roundabout, take the second exit towards the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows.
The Mauna Lani Terrace office is the second left.
It is left of the security gate and the late check-in box is located next to the office door.

Approximate driving time is 35 minutes and distance is 23 miles.
