Kona Magic Sands: Kona Magic Sands is oceanfront. Kona Magic Sands is located oceanfront in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island. Kona Magic Sands has a fine restaurant on site at the waters edge, and the famous Disappearing or Magic Sands beach right next door. You are minutes from sun, surf and terrific food. This is a wonderful location with easy access to shopping and activities just a couple of miles down the road. Beautiful Kahaluu Beach is just a mile and half away and is perfect for snorkeling or just dozing in the sun. From this ocean front condominium you can watch the fisherman sail in the mornings and the sunset when they return.

Absolutely oceanfront units with Whale Watching from your condo. The condos at Kona Magic Sands have an awesome oceanfront view of the water. Some of the studios have enclosed their lanais and therefore the interiors are larger. Many of the condos have not enclosed their patios and these have an outside sitting area. Kona Magic Sands has a very nice swimming pool area. The property also has one of the Big Island's best restaurants. The property is also located next door to White Sands Beach, also known as Disappearing Sands Beach, because sometimes the beach goes away. When the beach is there it is an added plus to this property. The only white sand beach in Kona.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

Directions from the Airport (12 miles – 25 minutes). As you exit the Kona International Airport, make a right onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Queen K). You will drive through five intersections. As you approach the sixth intersection - get into the far-right lane and turn right onto Palani Road. You will drive through two intersections. After you go through the second intersection, Palani Road turns into Alii Drive and you will be in the center of Kailua-Kona Town. From town, drive three miles south on Alii Drive. As you pass the stone church, look for the Kona Magic Sands. The street address is 77-6452 Alii Dr., Kailua-Kona, Island of Hawaii, HI 96740.
