Kona Alii Villas: Kona Alii Villas is oceanfront. Kona Alii Villas is a comfortable property set at the water's edge among lovely gardens and coastal palms. Relax at the pool, have a BBQ, or sit on the rocks and watch the sun set over the blue Pacific. Ride the waves at Magic Sands Beach just 2 miles away, or travel just another mile and half and enjoy exceptional snorkeling and sun bathing at Kahaluu Beach. Shopping and dining are within two miles, and world-class beaches just minutes away. Enjoy the ocean front pool, lavishly planted grounds, and sunsets amid swaying palms. You are close to Kona shops and dining. Kona town is just a short drive from the Alii Villas. Kona town offers a large choice of restaurants, stores and art galleries. Most of the Big Island activities depart from Kona town. Alii Villas is conveniently located less than a mile from Kailua town.

Alii Villas is 20 minutes from Kona International Airport. There are wo beaches to enjoy in Kona: Kahaluu Bay is a small black sand beach with excellent swimming and snorkeling. Disappearing Sands Beach usually has good swimming conditions between April and October. Each beach is located a few miles from Alii Villas. Choose from 1 & 2 bedroom condos fully equipped and close in to town. This is a lovely oceanfront complex that is very tropical, friendly and quite affordable. One of Kona's most popular resorts.

The large Keauhou Shopping Centre is located a ten minute drive south, as is Kahaluu Beach Park. This is popular spot to surf and snorkle; it is frequented by turtles, and has a sheltered access for novice snorkelers. The Kona Country Club golf course is the closest golf course, and has 36 championship holes, pro shop, driving range, restaurant and lounge. There are other golf courses to the north, and a course at the Volcano Golf and Country Club, which at 4,000 feet is the highest course in Hawaii. Volcanoes National Park is a two hour and twenty minute drive away.

Driving Instructions:

From the airport, take Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway (Highway 11) south. When you get to Palani Road turn right and follow it to Alii Drive. Go left (south) on Alii Drive. Alii Villas is on the ocean side of Alii Drive, about 1 mile from Kailua-Kona. It is about 20 minutes from the airport.
