Islands at Mauna Lani Condo Resort is a condominium complex that is a 26-acre condominium development is located within the 3,200-acre Mauna Lani Resort along the Kohala Coast. The beach is a three-minute drive away; the Kings’ Shops at Waikoloa is about seven minutes away.
A freeform splash pool with a waterfall adjoins a pavilion with cooking/dining facilities. Guests have signing privileges at the resort’s 36-hole golf course, Mauna Lani Spa, health club, and two restaurants. Complimentary shuttle service within the resort is available upon request. Guests register at an office near the entrance of the Mauna Lani Resort, where bell staff are available to guide them through the white, curved gates of their secluded condominium development. The two-level condos, which measure 2,100 to 2,500 square feet, are scattered in 16 clusters amid waterfalls and gardens. The private setting and top-notch recreation draw families, couples, golfers, and businesspeople attending corporate retreats.


Amenity highlights: The Hawaiian-themed spa features outdoor treatments in cabanas; the adjacent health club includes six clay tennis courts and a 25-meter lap pool. The Francis H. I’i Brown Golf Course bordering the estate provides 36 holes of play and expansive ocean views. Guests have complimentary access to the resort’s private beach club, which is one mile away, facing a calm bay.

Rooms: Islands at Mauna Lani Condo Resort

This resort offers 46 two-story condominium homes within a gated development. All offer kitchens, white-oak floors, high ceilings, and island decor. All bedrooms, the living rooms, and dining rooms have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to lanais with garden and fairway views. Downstairs, wraparound lanais include gas barbecues and wet bars. Each bedroom has a large bathroom with soaking tub, separate showers, and double sink. All units include two-car garages.

Dining

The condo complex does not have its own restaurant but is part of the Mauna Lani Resort, where two dining options offer signing privileges. The condos themselves have full kitchens; grocery-delivery service is available (surcharge).
