Fairway Villas Condo Resort: The exclusive Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island's spectacular Kohala Coast is where you'll find Outrigger Fairway Villas. Bordered by the resort's championship Beach Golf Course and just a short stroll to the golden sands at historic Anaehoomalu Bay, the serene setting offers exceptional privacy. Opened in the fall of 2003, the Fairway Villas comprises 14 three-story buildings bordering fairways and landscaped gardens. Spacious townhouses—popular with golf- and water sports enthusiasts—are adjacent to a large reflecting pond and close to shops and a beach. This 10-acre Fairway Villa condo resort consists of 14 three-story buildings and one two-story building. The 165 units have furnished lanais (patios or balconies), washers/dryers, and kitchens with granite-and-marble countertops, stove top/ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, complete cookware and tableware, and water filtration systems. Housekeeping services are provided daily. Bathrooms have granite countertops and large soaking tubs with separate showers.

Outrigger Fairway Villas' town homes are reminiscent of historic plantation architecture, with elegant, contemporary features. Rich rattan furnishings and warm earth tones create a relaxed atmosphere. Every spacious two-bedroom, two-bedroom with loft, and three-bedroom accommodation is complete with a kitchen. Driving Directions from Nearest Airport: Keahole-Kona Airport to Guest Reception

Leaving Keahole-Kona airport, at the traffic light turn left onto Highway 19.

Drive north for about 18 miles. Turn left at traffic light on to Waikoloa Beach Drive heading toward the ocean.

At the first stop sign, turn right into Kings' Shops and park in the parking lot. The Guest Reception is located on the ground level, suite A-4.
