Banyan Tree is a small, 20-unit condominium situated adjacent to Banyan's Surfing Beach, a superb surfing spot. This intimate complex has an oceanfront pool and hot tub, a complimentary covered parking garage, and an elevator. There is a convenience store directly across the street from the condominium. Located on Alii Drive, Kona's oceanfront drive, about three miles south of Kailua Village and three miles north of the Keauhou Resort Area with a world-class snorkeling beach, two championship 18-hole golf courses, hotels, restaurants, and the Keauhou Shopping Village. You will be close to the famous Bayan surfing spot and will enjoy watching the surfers ride the everlasting ocean waves from your own private lanai! These ocenfront condos offer amazing views, swimming pool, spa, entertaining areas and a great location on Alii Drive. This is a prime location for beaches, dining, shopping, golf, tennis or just relax and enjoy the sound and vistas of the ocean right in front of you. Relax by the pool or drive a short distance to Kahaluu Beach Park for snorkeling. The Banyan Tree is a secured building with elevator access. Kailua Village is located just three miles north.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

Directions from the Airport (12 miles – 25 minutes). As you exit the Kona International Airport, make a right onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway (Queen K). You will drive through five intersections. As you approach the sixth intersection - get into the far-right lane and turn right onto Palani Road. You will drive through two intersections. After you go through the second intersection, Palani Road turns into Alii Drive and you will be in the center of Kailua-Kona Town. From town, drive three miles south on Alii Drive.
