The unit has a fully-equipped, state-of-the- art kitchen with granite countertops, cherrywood cabinets and all the conveniences of home. It is located in a very quiet section of the complex, though close to all amenities. The unit was built at the end of 2002. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit sleeps 6. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, 20"TV, and FREE HIGH SPEED CABLE INTERNET ACCESS. Light-blocking drapes let you sleep as late as you wish! The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds and a 13"TV/VCR. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, 27"TV, and VCR/CD/DVD player. There are books, videotapes, CD's, and board games for both adults and kids. Three separate climate controls for the air conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable. It is a short 5-minute walk to the King's Shop & restaurants. It is just a 10-MINUTE WALK TO THE BEAUTIFUL "A-BAY" BEACH, where you can take advantage of water sports and rent snorkel gear, boogie boards, kayaks, hydro bikes, and windsurfing equipment. Take a tour in a glass-bottom boat, enjoy a relaxing dinner on a sunset cruise, even renew your wedding vows or create new ones while sailing on the Hawaiian ocean! 1 week minimum required during Christmas/New Year holiday and Ironman. Rate slightly higher as well.
